Delete Your Account

You have the right to permanently delete your SoloDesk account and all associated data at any time. Choose the method that works best for you below.

The fastest way to delete your account. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.

  1. 1Open the SoloDesk app on your device
  2. 2Tap the ⚙️ icon in the top right of the Home screen
  3. 3Scroll down to Danger Zone
  4. 4Tap Delete Account and confirm

If you no longer have access to the app, send us a deletion request by email. We will process it within 7 business days.

Deletion timeline

You are signed out and can no longer access your account.

All personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 30 days.
